Are my goods packed and sent safely?

• The health of our customers is of utmost importance to us. We are a small home business - we have been careful to keep isolated and use due care since the COVID-19 outbreak began - if anyone in the house showed signs of COVID-19 they would get tested and we would preemptively cease shipping until the test results came back. 

How will COVID-19 affect my delivery?

• Many postal services and couriers are having an ongoing impact from the pandemic and the changes it has created - as such particularly internationally delivery estimate times are sometimes not being fulfilled. We will aim to get you your minis as swiftly as possible, but please bear with us in the circumstances.
